The Bowen House will be holding an Arts Festival on Saturday, Aug. 13th, from 10-5 p.m. with a variety of artists from SE Ohio. In addition, we will have face painting for children, The Chubby Hawaiian food truck from Rushville, and possibly Joe to Go Espresso.
