Beginner or long time canoeist alike can join the naturalist instructor who will teach participants the proper handling and control of a canoe, rescue techniques and proper gear. Equipment will be provided. Great for the beginner or long time canoeist that might like a few new tips. Pre-registration is required for this all day course by calling 740-385-8003 ext 213. Class size is limited so register early. Please wear clothing to get wet, no open toe shoes and bring along a lunch and plenty to drink.
