The Burr Oak home is in the City limits but will give you the country feel. Only one neighbor, no city sidewalk, trees and nature will be your front, right side and back view.

Easy access to Hocking Hills, Stuarts Opera House, Ohio University, Hocking College, Wayne National Forest, Bailey's Trail System, Hock Hocking Adena Bikeway, Fast Trac. Local adventures/restaurants: Adventure Pro Outdoors, Rocky Outdoor Gear Store, Rhapsody, Starbrick BBQ, Los Mariochos, The Mine and Kroger. Driveway parking for 6 average autos.

Our stay at Burr Oak was very comfortable.
The layout of the home works so well. It was clean and the AC worked great for the hot humid weather we had. Also appreciated the comfy chairs on the porch for morning coffee time.

The Milroy house was so comfortable, extremely clean and most of all, very charming!
We loved that all the restaurants and businesses are in walkable distance. In addition, this town had plenty of EV charging stations which are also in walking distance to the house.
