Romantic getaway cabin in a private wooded setting overlooking a small pond. With a towering ceiling and gorgeous woodwork throughout, this rustic cabin has a queen bed in the loft and a queen bed in the downstairs living area (new mattresses and linens), as well as a gas fireplace with cozy seating. The well-equipped kitchen area has a small dorm size refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster oven, two burner electric range top, and dining table. There is a new 4-person hot tub on a covered back porch with views of the pond and a place to sit and dine al fresco. On the covered front porch is a gas grill along with a seating area. Cell service can be uncertain. We do not have wifi here because wifi service in the hills is spotty at best! However, we do have a DVD player with DVDs, board games and puzzles, and lots of space for you to unwind and watch the wildlife, take a leisurely hike in the surrounding woodlands, and enjoy a campfire.

Authentic Appalachian log cabin with large yard and beautiful garden in a secluded setting along a lightly traveled country road. Glen Eden is a cozy, comfortable retreat with 4 bedrooms (new mattresses and linens), a well-equipped kitchen, gas log fireplace, dining table, and a loft with a large table for games. There are two decks: on the back deck you will find a picnic table, new 4-person hot tub, and gas grill. On the front deck are some cozy Adirondack chairs and a porch swing made for relaxing. Cell service at Glen Eden can be uncertain; you may have to walk up a nearby hill to get reception. Additionally, we do not have wifi here because wifi service in the hills is spotty at best! However, we do have a DVD player with DVDs, board games and puzzles, and lots of space for you to unwind and watch the wildlife, take a leisurely hike in the surrounding woodlands, and sit around a campfire. It's a great place to unplug!
