Welcome to Black Bear Hideaway: a 2500 sq ft traditional lodge with a well-appointed kitchen and open floor plan. Featuring covered porches, a 6 person hot tub, and fire pit. Situated just 3 miles from town, The Hocking Cottage is perfectly placed for day trips out to the caves (7 miles), and other trips into the city center of Logan. With 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, this navy abode boasts high speed Spectrum internet, 70" smart tv, hot tub, good cell coverage, gas log and electric fireplaces, washer/dryer, and a video game/arcade room.  On the main level you'll find 2 queen bedrooms and 1 full bathroom with tub/shower combo. Kitchen, main living area with 70" smart-tv, and the electric fireplace are all on this level.  In the basement you'll find a lower level seating area with gas log fireplace, and a separate bedroom with 2 twin beds. A toilet and sink are next to the bedroom and a separate shower can be found through the arcade. Access to washer/dryer is on the lower level. We also feature a foosball table, poker table, and board games. Outdoor charcoal grill and dining for the entire group can be found right off the back steps. This quaint and budget-conscious cabin is located just outside of Hideaway Hills Resort, a couple miles from Valley View Hills Winery, 6 miles from Boch Hollow Nature Preserve, and just a short drive to all other Hocking Hills parks and activities. Enjoy the simple things in life with a private hot tub on the decking, an outdoor fire pit, and a propane grill. Featuring a full-sized private bedroom on the main level and room for two more in the twin beds located in the lofted area. Linens, bedding, and bath towels are provided for each stay.
