Get ready for an escape to Hocking Hills! You're always welcome at Carefree Cabins! Brand new in 2017, offering cozy, relaxing, and secluded log cabins with and all the comforts of home and fully appointed with amenities guaranteed to delight you.

Two of our cabins feature a private bedroom and open loft to comfortably accommodate up to 4 adults. Our two newest cabins built in 2018, Lovebirds Landing and Snuggle Bear Bungalow, are couples-only cabins sleeping just two for a cozy, relaxing, and intimate vacation. We are just minutes from the Hocking Hills State Parks and all local attractions.

When you return from your daily activities, enjoy a long relaxing soak in the outdoor hot tub featured at all of our cabins! If you are staying at our Creekside Serenity or Sandstone Oasis cabins, you can also sink into the exclusive massage chair in the all-season room. At Lovebirds Landing and Snuggle Bear Bungalow, you will enjoy the warm glow of the outdoor fireplace on the patio while taking in all the wonderful sights and sounds of nature. Whichever cabin you choose, we bet you'll want to stay forever!

Paved asphalt driveways at all of our cabins make them easy to access and motorcycle friendly! The driveways at Sandstone Oasis and Lovebirds Landing are a bit steep and may present a challenge for motorcycles or smaller vehicles.

We had the best time down in The Hocking Hills staying at Creekside Serenity. These cabins are beautifully maintained, and extra clean with all modern amenities. They are also very much off then beaten bath, so if you're looking to get away to some quite time in the woods it's prefect. Can't wait to visit again!!!

We arrived Friday afternoon to a beautiful cabin in the woods. The chalk board outside welcomed us with our names. The cabin has almost everything you could want in the kitchen, bathroom and living area. On Friday night we sat in the hot tub while it snowed on us. It was magical. Saturday night it was clear and the stars, planets and moon were on full display. The dcor is warm and inviting. The beds are large and comfortable. There is an area with coupons and suggestions of places to visit. There is a binder with more suggestions. I can't wait to come back with my husband.

My husband and I Stayed at the Love birds landing. I absolutely loved it. The location was so perfect it was secluded but so close to shopping etc. Michelle came over to help with the outdoor fireplace no questions asked. The hot tub was clean and at the right temp. Thank you!! We will be returning soon.

Nice Cabin

This was our first time for visiting Hocking Hills area. I highly recommend seeing the different parks. You will need a few days to see and hike them all. We stayed at the Carefree Cabins Sandstone Oasis a 2 bedroom one bathroom cabin. It was a nice cabin but was too small for our liking. First floor bedroom was small and tight. The bed was not what we thought was a regular bed to sleep on. Bathroom was nice. Kitchen area and study area was nice too. Directv was a huge plus. Internet access was great. There is a dirt road just below the cabin and several times at night it was noisy with loud trucks and cars. Bring extra clothes hanger, they only have about 6 of them for you to use. The heater makes a very loud noise when it goes off and may wake you up during the night after you fell asleep.

Thank you for the review Mike! We're sorry the cabin wasn't perfect for you. It is a little on the smaller side, but many of our guests have been very cozy and comfortable there, even with 4 people. The beds are a high-end memory foam. Most people think they are amazing and ask where we got them. But unfortunately, we understand they are not for everyone and some won't find them as comfortable. We'll look at adding more clothes hangers, and we also provide the dresser for additional space for clothes. We hope you'll give us another try in the future!
