Truly a one-of-a-kind experience
I cannot recommend the Zeisler Waterfall Cabin highly enough. The cabin is lovely, secluded and equipped with everything you might need for your stay, but the surrounding valley is truly spectacular and rivals anything in the nearby parks. Location, location, location! Cabin situated in its own bowl surrounded by and even built on top of rock. Due to our season long drought the waterfalls were drips, but still the location gives you everything you're looking for in Hocking Hills in a view from the hot tub!

The perfect secluded getaway!
The cabin was very quiet and despite being near other houses, felt very secluded and private. The house was well stocked with everything we needed and it was very clean and comfortable. Most importantly, the location was perfect for all of the hiking we wanted to do.

We are the longest stay to date, a whole 5 days. The cabin is perfect and comfortable. The area surrounding the cabin was breathtaking. This is the perfect cabin for couples or a small group of four to bond and relax.

The absolute beauty surrounding you. The steps can be an issue for those with mobility issues. Don't be afraid of the composting toilet, very easy and perfect for the experience. Loved hearing/seeing the history and being able to experience the beauty.

Very nice hosts. The cabin is quiet and was exactly what I was looking for. If you cannot climb multiple stairs this isn't a spot for you. To get to the cabin you have to walk down stairs so pack light. Review their pictures but they don't do it justice. Beautiful scenery.

We had our very own sanctuary. So quiet and the natural elements were spectacular. Loved the different decks and porches each with their special touches. The history of this cabin is fascinating and our host was so kind and helpful . If you want to forest bathe and commune with nature , this is your place.

The sound and sight of the waterfall daily was truly incredible and the perfect blend of beauty and relaxation! The Zeisler Waterfall Cabin offered an exceptional weekend getaway in Hocking Hills!
It was really nice to meet Kurt on our way in to the cabin and learn a little bit about the history of the property. The cabin itself is very nice and the remote location makes for a very peaceful vacation spot. Of course, the waterfall was gorgeous and we loved eating meals looking out over the waterfall. Such a lovely getaway.

The view of the waterfall was amazing. The placement of thr hot tub to sit and view the falls was one of my favorite things. The rich history of the cabin & the owners just topped off the experience! Definitely making a trip back. I will say the walk back up to the car is a little steep.
