Pool table, air hockey, hot tub, laundry, indoor/outdoor fireplaces. 1st floor wheelchair accessibility: zero entry shower, wider hallways/doors to master bedroom. Blue Ridge Lodge sleeps up to 20 guests when booked direct through our site. The minimum age to rent is 28 w/ proof of id. For adult-only stays, we are capped at a maximum of 16 guests; and all adults must be ages 28+. When you book through an Outside Travel Agency (OTA) such as AirBnB or Vrbo, we are capped at 16 guests total to stay in line with their requirements. Driveway is very steep up to the lodge. 4wd required in inclement weather. Plan/book accordingly. Sorry, we cannot provide childcare items/services. No pets or parties/events permitted. This cabin had everything we needed for a weekend getaway! The accommodations are what we were looking for and everyone was comfortable.
Rooms were nice and clean, beds were comfortable, plenty of space for our family (10 adults, 4 teens and a baby). There were plenty of paper towels, toilet paper and kitchen towels. However, it would have been nice to have more than one hand towel in each bathroom as the bathrooms were shared by 4 or so people each. The weather was cold and rainy so we stayed indoors, it was nice to have the game room. All in all, a very nice and comfortable stay!
Blue Ridge Lodge was such a beautiful home that combined a luxury feel in a rustic setting. Our group of 10 women had a wonderful time and there was plenty of space for everyone to have their own room. We enjoyed time on the deck, sitting around the fire and cooking meals in the spacious kitchen. This was our second time booking with Hocking Lodging Company. This stay was just as nice as the first rental. Very clean, welcoming and great communications with the owner.

The house was set up perfectly. It was clean when we arrived. There lots of items in the cupboards which came in handy. Everything was in good working order. We had absolutely no issues. It is very convenient to attractions and shopping.

I loved that you had it decorated for Christmas and appreciated the soft blankets, they were great for sitting by the fire on the deck.
