We loved how much space Sunset View Lodge has and the amenities. Each time we�ve been there, we�ve been unlucky with a not so warm pool which is unfortunate in April when it�s colder outside and sometimes rainy. The pool is a must for our yearly April trip but sadly we hardly enjoyed it this year due to the temperatures as well as the hot tub temps. They were 60s when we got there and didn�t warm up fast enough to use our first night. For the price, it should be ready upon arrival.

Sunset View Lodge, we loved surrounding nature, Loved nice pool, enjoyed a fireplace and many more.
The lodge overall was beautiful, spacious and felt like it was designator a large number of adults. Beds were comfortable, kitchen felt like it had enough room. Only complaint was really that the pool didn't heat quite as well as we thought it would. It seemed like the heat for it wasn't running the whole time maybe? The jets were off on the last day so it was kinda chilly. Unsure if that was by design or due to snow outside affecting equipment or something.
The house is amazing. We used it for a team retreat for our staff. It is PERFECT for this. Everything was lovely. However, when we arrived the dishes were dirty and noticeably not clean. The dishwashers (there are two) do not clean the best. Everything else was great!
Had a large group. Loved the spacious lodge and open concept. Bedrooms are all private. Loved it!
Very clean and everything was as it was supposed to be. We had a very good time. One of the showers in the lower level had a drain issue that needs some attention. Apparently it must have been clogged up and wouldn't drain properly.
We enjoyed the lodge's close proximity to all the beautiful Hocking Hills attractions! We had a large group and Sunset View Lodge provided plenty of entertainment areas while not making us feel crowded. Everyone in our group enjoyed the time spent in the Hocking Hills region.
Pool, the view, clean.
Every detail was constructed with high quality. Thought had been put into providing for large groups including the appliances in the kitchen, the set up for gatherings, and the large space we utilized for meals and game nights. The pool was spectacular as was the warm hot tubs. The kids enjoyed the play area, and we all had a seat around the campfire at night. There was plenty of space for fun outdoor games as well as indoor space for us to gather in different ways. Thank you!!
We have a multi generational family reunion each year. As the family grows, we need the large accommodations. Sunset View has been a great find. It�s clean, well located to the area, has many amenities which we all seem to enjoy. Looking forward to next year !!!
We liked the size of the lodge, the indoor pool, the fire pit, the extra kitchen, multiple appliances, the comfort of the beds and the amount of bathrooms.
Loved the indoor pool, hot tubs, and the close proximity to old man�s cave. So many family members raved about it and everyone wants to come back. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!!
Long weekend booked for a family (39 people from babies to seniors) gathering. When we checked in the water wasn�t on, but upon contact, the managers arrived within minutes to resolve the issue! The tv in the basement was much bigger than the 360� tour shows! Nice upgrade! Word of caution - there are loose bricks around the edge of the pool. There is a sign posted indicating such, but there were more than expected and with kids jumping in and playing it was difficult to monitor.
Rooms were clean and tidy. Linens were fresh. View was great. Plan to book it again for next Easter. Road was a little scary getting up to it as it rained the night before.
The staff was helpful, nice cabin, everything looked nice and clean.

Plenty of space for indoor activities and swimming, kitchen well stocked, clean and comfortable.
We have a large staff and it is important to have everyone in one place to relax and play- this lodge allowed us to do both. The lodge offers a diversity of experiences so that different people can do different things- but all together.
We have an annual trip of 25 plus adults every year new location every year this place was the absolute biggest and most gorgeous place we ever stayed
Close friends and family all stayed for our wedding.
