We loved our stay here!
Do not let the outside of the yurt fool you. Once inside it's like a portal into a room twice the size as the outside leads one to believe. Everything you need is present, from practical utilities and ascetically please decorations, to thoughtful instructions on everything associated. The game room building is awesome too sporting many games and...

My absolute favorite place to get away!
Hillside retreats is my absolute favorite place to get away and unplug! It offers just the right amount of things to do (in the barn) and provides you the perfect space to just relax. There are multiple trails and places to visit within driving distance. I can not say enough positive things- we LOVE it here!

Everything was perfect!
Super cozy. Very quiet area. Host thought of everything from coffee, snacks, and even had games inside the yurt. Absolutely will be back in the future!

Couples Retreat
We had a wonderful weekend at the Cardinal Yurt! The place was beautiful and clean! Perfect for a couple. Alissa was very responsive and easy to work with. We will be back!

Hillside Retreats is wonderful
We stayed two days at the end of June and had a great experience. We did a lot of relaxing, in the hot tub, in the ACed glamorous yurt, in the community game building.... They have everything you may need. Looking forward to sitting on the deck during fall color season. Thank you Alissa for being such a great host!

Our yurt experience
We had never stayed at a Hocking Hills resort/cabin so we had no prior knowledge on where a nice place would stay may be. We looked at different places for weeks! Nothing was perfect for us... We then stumbled across the yurts. They were absolutely beautiful! We loved how unique and different they were from everything else! We decided to book a couple day getaway! It was the best choice ever!! Great people, beautiful yurts, and an awesome game room! Were already looking into our next trip to Hocking Hills and we will definitely be going back to these yurts! We have recommended staying there to so many people... everyone is stunned everytime we show them pictures!! 10/10 recommended!!
