My husband and I stayed at the Lily Pad and loved it! The cabin was modern, but warm. All of the amenities were thought of for us (toiletries, kitchen needs, games, extra towels). Everything felt private despite being close (we did walk up to a couple of other cabins w/ no one in them - hope that was okay). We enjoyed meeting the animals, too! Thank you for a lovely stay and we plan on returning!
Everything about our stay was perfect! Everything was thought through and we enjoyed ourselves! Can�t wait to book another trip!
We loved how well appointed the cabin was for sure. I appreciated the bottled waters, various K cups, condiments, foil, seasonings, cleaning supplies, toiletries, ample towels, and other items throughout. The hot tub was clean and modern. It was warm enough (but cool enough--oh Ohio winters!!) to use the fire pit which was easy and clean. We were so close to so many hiking areas. Mostly we loved The Barn and visiting the animals.
The Lily Pad served as the perfect Winter getaway weekend. The experience from the post-booking communication through check-out day was fantastic and top-notch. The amenities were great, the place was clean and looked brand new. We had a great time exploring the grounds and The Barn is such a clever and creative way for the guests to interact with some animals. Cannot recommend this place enough!
The modern design, decor and ambiance. We planned to do more activities outdoors but wound up spending bulk of our time in the cabin.
Very secluded, yet felt safe with locked gates. Close to everything. We only stayed 1 night but was very relaxing. Would have liked earlier check in and later check out. Did not care for overhead shower. Thought the $190 cleaning fee was excessive. Overall a good stay.
Owner's reply: Greg, Thank you for choosing to stay 1 night at The Lily Pad. Our cleaning fee is $110 which is shown on your booking confirmation, not $190 as you stated. You did get a 25% discount on your stay because we were running a special winter discount. Early checkin's and late checkouts are hard to provide when we have guests checking in and checking out each day. Sorry that the overhead shower wasn't to your liking, we have had so many great compliments on our cabin.
We loved the area and attention to detail of our place.
This shipping container-turned weekend getaway was just what we needed. The host emailed us details int he days before our stay, including an easy to remember code for access to the front gate and Lily Pad. It was easy to see all the attention to detail, from the decorations to kitchen accessories to even the great shower head. I hope we find the time to come back and stay again, either here or at one of the other cabins on the property. Well done. Chip and Joanna Gaines would be proud.

From the scenery to the amenities, everything was picture perfect.
Privacy. It was gated so didn�t worry about anyone driving through. Added a level of comfort. The amenities omg they thought of everything. The space was comfortable and just lovely. We will be back.

Lily Pad was exactly as described! Every detail & all extra amenities were thoroughly & thoughtfully planned & provided for their guests in mind to make our stay very comfortable & enjoyable. We loved the patio & enjoyed the seclusion & peacefulness that it brought to our stay. When booking I was worried since my hubby is 6'5. It was perfect & he never felt cramped! AND he fit under the shower head & in the bed! We loved visiting the barn too! Location is perfect as well. We will be back!

We loved the lily pad. the furnishings were beautiful, I stubbed and broke my toe in the middle of the night on the coffee table legs. But that was my fault not the coffee table's , and it certainly wont stop us from coming back. in fact we are staying at the Ivy April 22 and 23rd. and some day I want to try Parker's Point. The gift basket was very nice, but no Hocking Hills Wine, but we brought our own. The grounds were clean and private, and the amenities in the cabin were very nice.
The Lily Pad is a pristine little cabin that has all of the comforts of home. We were amazed by the owner's vison for the space! The winter decor was so cute and what I would want my own home to have. The outdoor space was AMAZING. We were able to utilize the hot tub in 8 degree temperatures, enjoyed a glass of wine by the fire pit as well as a morning cup of coffee on the swing! We couldn't have asked for a better weekend!
Great property, felt secure and private, hosts have great attention to detail with nice amenities. We will certainly return in the future!
This place is amazing. We stayed for 2 nights and it was romantic and relaxing. The cabin was spotless and incredibly decorated. I�ve never seen 300 sq feet utilized so perfectly. Could not recommend highly enough.
We absolutely loved staying in the Lily Pad. It was gorgeous and looked straight out of a magazine. Our trip was awesome, and we can't wait to come back.
I surprised my husband with a night in the Lily Pad for our four year wedding anniversary & it was the most perfect night/morning! We did have chillier weather, but the fire & the hot tub helped with that :-) The space was soooo clean & smelled amazing. It definitely has inspired us to do something similar on our property for a little man cave vibe. We will absolutely be back & would love to bring family & friends to the bigger cottages!
