When booked direct, Dogwood Manor sleeps up to 20 with 8 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. Through an Outside Travel Agency (AirBnB or Vrbo) we are limited to 16 guests at any time in accordance with their guidelines. Min rent age: 28 w/ proof of id. 4 kings, 4 queens, 4 twins. Amenities include: private theatre room w/ surround sound, high speed internet, two hot tubs, indoor/outdoor fireplaces, game room w/ arcades, shuffleboard, poker table, & foosball, and a massively oversized kitchen boasting 2 refrigerators, 2 stoves, 2 ovens, 2 microwaves, 2 dishwashers, 2 washers, 2 dryers & 2 wet bars/coffee bars. For adult-only stays: not more than 16 guests and all guests must be 28+. Sorry, we cannot provide childcare items/services. No pets or parties/events permitted. Dogwood Manor is immaculately maintained and offers all the amenities to accommodate a large group of friends. The size of the kitchen made meal prep enjoyable and efficient and the game room/theater room offered a variety of activities for everyone. We visited over a snowy, winter weekend and enjoyed a mix of coziness by the fire and day hikes around Old Man's Cave. We will be back again soon!
This space worked so well for our corporate team building retreat. The house is set up so well for the number of guests it hosts. The 2 hot tubs, plenty of dishes and silverware in the kitchen and the enormous kitchen table were all so perfect. We had a great time and will be back again!
Lodge was beautiful, clean and well maintained! The owner's definitely put a tremendous amount of thought into what visiting families might enjoy and appreciate during their stay! From the 2 large refrigerators and ovens in the kitchen to comfy throws on every couch and bed, we were pointing out details, all weekend, that set this lodge above any we have stayed at!
The accommodations were perfect and the location to the caves were great. Also, plenty of room for everyone.

This cabin had everything we needed as a large group - two of the same appliances, prime location, perfect layout, fully stocked with games, puzzles, and movie, and everything in working order. The booking process was smooth, and the check-in/check-out instructions were detailed and easy to understand. We were so comfortable, and we wished that our stay was longer. Jobie has thoughtfully stocked the cabin with anything you could possibly need, and it is located conveniently close to Old Man�s Cave and other activities.
The kitchen was great, plenty of needed Utensils. The fireplace, hot tubs, gas grill , deck and movie room were great.
Kitchen very large and well equipped. Loved the theater room. Bedrooms very nice but bit on the small side if need to put up a pack n play.
The lodge was very spacious and accommodating for our group. It was nice having an outside fireplace under cover of a wraparound porch. The game room and theater room was a hit! We loved and utilized double appliances in the kitchen. We enjoyed the seclusion of the area and the easy accessibility to Hocking Hills state park.
Long weekend for our group of 13 friends. Unfortunately it rained the majority of the time we were there so we could not go hiking. We sat out by the outdoor fire place and had drinks and listened to music, hung out in the movie room and played lots of games. Beds were super comfortable, large common spaces for big groups and comfortable furniture. Lots of extras for cooking anything you might need while there. 2 refrigerators, 2 stoves, dishwashers -perfect for the amount of people we had!
14 of our church leaders got together for a time of fun, relaxation, and prayer. Everyone had their own bed, there were plenty of restrooms, ample room to spread out and relax. The kitchen was amazing!
The purpose of this stay was to unite our family. The Dogwood Manor allowed us to do this. The Dogwood had everything we needed for our stay. The only thing that we needed to bring was ourselves, our meals, and our toiletries. There was so much space for all of us to move around. The entire cabin was beautiful. We loved every single inch of this cabin the moment that we entered the door.

We celebrated our family Christmas at Dogwood Manor and had a wonderful time! Plenty of space to spread out for our family of 16! We all enjoyed the spacious dining table and well equipped kitchen, the game and theater rooms in the lower level, and the indoor and outdoor fireplaces. This was our third rental from Hocking Lodging Company and all have been excellent!
This was the 2 year that our family has stayed at the Dogwood Manor and we plan to return for a 3rd year. The Lodge is a great location for the people who want to go hiking but also a wonderful place to relax and just enjoy life. Jobie and Nathan are wonderful host, always prompt to answer any question and concern you may have.
We were blown away by this beautiful property! From the cozy blankets at every seat.... to the adorable wall hangings throughout the cabin.....we were impressed! We live in a log cabin too!! So we fit right in! We had all we needed for fires..... cooking and lots of games and movies! We only left for hiking!! The frig space was the bomb!! With 17 people! Easy to rent.... easy to enter.... VERY easy to enjoy!

Every thing about the house is thought out until the last little detail from the fully stocked kitchen, to the double hot tubs, to the most comfortable beds, and the most amazing porch and deck!
