Boxes Ridge Chesterton had everything we needed. Kitchen was well equipped. Beds were comfy and common area was perfweect.

The house was fabulous and family and I could not have been happier.
Everything we needed was there. We all took advantage of the game room, hot tub corn hole and the beautiful deck!

Wonderful weekend in a perfect setting
The lodge is beautiful in a peaceful setting. There wasn't a single thing that wasn't provided in the kitchen. Very nicely kept and couldn't have been more perfect. Our family enjoyed it so much we plan on returning.

Perfect location for our group of 3 families to relax and unwind.
The cabin was quiet, secluded, and well cared for. We had 3 families with 6 kids total and this was the perfect place for our group. The owners thought of things like emergency candles, first aid kit, hair dryers, bedroom box fans, and every kitchen utensil you could need. We will definitely be staying at this property again in the near future.

A beautiful home away from home to connect with God, family, friends, and nature!
The communication with the owner was prompt and helpful. The cabin was very clean and well maintained. The furnishings and decor made everything feel welcoming. The location was very close to Lake Logan and reasonably close to the hikes.

The cabin was the perfect blend of rustic style and modern convenience. We spent a lot of time in the main dining and living area, eating meals and playing games together. This place is amazing!
Very secluded and well updated cabin. The hot tub was larger than expected, the bathrooms were all really nice as well. There is also some trails on the property that were a nice touch. The one thing I would change is to add a Brita container to the fridge. The water is well water, so the only source of purified water is the fridge dispenser and...

It made me feel a little stressed rather than relaxed
Beautiful home but it seemed there were rules everywhere and threats to do things right, or face a fee. An entire book about checking in and checking out and more signs posted throughout. It felt a bit stressful honestly and made the experience less enjoyable.

The host is extremely helpful and quick to respond. The home is beautiful, clean and has all the amenities you could possibly need. The cabin is beautiful!
Everything was so clean, sheets, towels, floors, counters. Immaculate. The beds were comfy and the views were phenomenal. I did not love that we couldn't use the fireplace (it was ziptied shut). We were unaware of this and had purchased firewood to use there that we could not.

The log cabin home was in an ideal location, private and secluded, and a 15 minute drive from Old Man's Cave. The cabin also had a great game room, with darts, shuffleboard, and air hockey and was a great gathering place. Every amenity was considered, by the owners, and the entire cabin was impeccably clean. Some great family memories were made. Also, On Guard Defense shooting range is only 30 minutes from the cabin, where we received a very hands on first time shooter experience.

Gorgeous and spacious house, in a private and scenic location. There were plenty of towels for the hot tub, but we would have appreciated more bathrooms towels and cushions for the balcony seating.

The Chesterton Lodge is located just minutes away from Hocking Hills attractions and is a spectacular cabin on gorgeous wooded property. The lodge itself is beautifully appointed with everything you need—from a large kitchen and dining area stocked with dishes, flatware, a wide variety of pots, pans, and utensils, not to mention spices and paper goods. The bedrooms are spacious and have quality linens, bathrooms are spotless and stocked with towels. We had the best time and can't wait to go back

This place is amazing!
Very secluded and well updated cabin. The hot tub was larger than expected, the bathrooms were all really nice as well. There is also some trails on the property that were a nice touch. The one thing I would change is to add a Brita container to the fridge. The water is well water, so the only source of purified water is the fridge dispenser and for whatever reason it comes out EXTREMELY slow, like 5+ minutes to fill a large cup slow. Other than that, the trip was perfect!

The cabin is beautiful!
