I studied old houses for years and it was so fun to stay in Franklin House and explore it and all the beautiful architectural details. The original woodwork was beautiful and even though it was just 2 of us and our dog, we loved the big house,
The place was accurately described but was bigger than I was expecting which was great! There was plenty of space for all of us to enjoy our stay. The yard was really nice. We will stay there again.
Nice location, easy pick up/drop off of key, very clean.

I stayed in the Franklin Inn. It lies near to the town square of Nelsonville, and offers some fun shopping opportunities. The main stake of my visit was to take my wife and daughter hiking. We had a blast touring some of the many trails that the Wayne National Forest has to offer, and with the Inn so close by, it was easy to end the day with a cooked meal and a nice shower.
I loved the house at 57 Franklin St! It was beautiful on the inside! Very well kept and very clean. The hot tub had an issue when we got there but the maintenance guy worked several hours on it just so he could get it working for us. Everything was perfect! Will definitely be back!

The Franklin House was a great choice for our family with 4 bedrooms, a hot tub and a convenient location. We were able to enjoy the benefits of staying in a small town while having an easy drive to the hiking trails and swimming. I wish we could have stayed longer! The staff were friendly and responded right away to questions. The website pictures matched the reality, check in and check out were both easy and we would stay here again!
