The lodge is beautiful. Every amenity you could ask for. Close to old man's cave and other great hiking. walmart close by if necessary and great take out pizza if you don't want to cook. Perfect for our large family. We look forward to it every year

There was plenty of room for everyone, the beds were comfortable, and the cabin was clean and well stocked/suited for the family meals that we made. Making Memories
A group of 1988 gals from High School decided to get together for a weekend of catching up with each other. We chose this cabin and it was the perfect place. It was very clean, the views were beautiful, and the owners were very easy to work with. The cabin had everything we could have wanted. Very large, but very cozy. My favorite memory was getting massages on the deck in the warm sunshine and sitting around the fireplace reminiscing about "the good ol' days" I highly recommend this cabin!

The Hidden Lake Lodge rental cabin was spacious, warm and clean. We had 12 adults and it didn't feel crowded for even one minute. The fire pit area was really nice and most of the time was spent out there for the group when we were at the rental and not ziplining or hiking. The rental is only a few minutes from just about everything, but you feel like you are in the middle of nowhere. Christmas cabin
Thank you for a wonderful stay. It is a beautiful cabin. We had a great time!!! My only concern was cleanliness. There were baking sheets in the cabinet that were put away dirty. The kitchen pot holders needed to be cleaned. The toilet had a visible ring in it. But all in all it was a great visit!!! One for the memory books!!

Wonderful Girls Weekend
Our Book Group just celebrated our 100th book at Hidden Lake Lodge and we couldn't have chosen a better place. The view is beautiful and the lodge was perfect. The kitchen has everything you need, and there is plenty of seating for everyone. It's close to great hiking and the hot tub felt so good after! Can't wait to go back to Hidden Lake Lodge when it's not snowy.

An amazing vacation!
This place was AWESOME. The lake was beautiful and we loved kayaking. I only wish there had been life jackets. Also, I would have preferred to have curtains you could close at night...it felt a little creepy lol but everything else was just perfect! Oh and the AC unit was GREAT. It was in the 90s the whole time and it stayed cool and comfortable inside. They even included a baby gate which was so helpful as we have a 2 year old. Comfortable beds, tons of hangout space!!!
Staying here was amazing - we've stayed at several of the large cabins in Hocking Hills in the past, but this one wins hands down! Comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, and multiple spaces to hang out - that are LARGE ENOUGH FOR EVERYONE!!! Very rare. Add in their excellent customer service helpful beforehand, came down to show us where the firewood was when we couldn't find it, and even sent a plow in the middle of the night to plow us out when it snowed 6 the night before we were leaving

Excellent Getaway!
Recently stayed at Hidden Lake Lodge in January and had a fantastic time! The home had everything you could possibly think of to make the stay perfect! We cooked all of our meals there and played a lot of games! So much fun. Its a short drive to Ash Cave and Old Mans Cave so we had a wonderful Saturday afternoon of sight seeing. Excellent Property

Amazing time
Our three families get together every year, for the past 4 years, for some time away. We've managed to stay, for some reason or another, at a different cabin each time. No longer though. Very beautiful Cabin. Very close to lots of hiking and we enjoyed Lake Logan with the children. We were truly amazed that we were never bothered by bugs. Loved having a fire at night without all the mosquitoes. Also loved the decks. The main one wraps around the whole lodge. Absolutely Beautiful
Reserved the Hidden Lake Lodge for our work retreat and could not have been more pleased. Large enough to handle our group of 15 without feeling cramped and on top of each other. Kitchen had everything we needed. Outdoor space was perfect and had plenty of seating for everyone not often the case in other larger cabins. We felt secluded but were close enough to town for groceries and Old Man's cave was just down the road. We definitely hope to return,

The cabin was beautiful! There were just a few housekeeping issues. The lazy Susan cabinets were dirty so I cleaned them. There was someone elses garbage outside in one of the garbage cans so we took it up to the dumpster. I cleaned behind the faucet in the downstairs bathroom. There was a pot that had been burned so we couldnt use it. Also I think your housekeeping staff should clean all of the bed linens not just the sheets.

Hidden Lake Lodge was a great escape! We had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy family time. The property is quite large and quiet, but very close to all parks. The owners were quite attentive and professional. I was very happy to find the house clean and well equipped. There were games for the kids and a well stocked kitchen for the chef of the family. We would definitely return!

Beautiful, clean place/disappointed in lake
We had a wonderful weekend at Hidden Lake Lodge. The lake is hidden! The lodge was very clean! It provided a great place for our family. The dining table was just perfect for our family of 13 as we were ALL able to sit around the same table when eating inside or outside on the deck! We spent much time around the conveniently located fire pit. This lodge is also very close to Hocking Hills hiking and Lake Logan. We enjoyed hiking and swimming. We were looking forward to spending much time on the lake in the kayaks and fishing. The dock was very small with no real path to get the kayaks into the water safely and the water was so low which made it more difficult. We ended up not using the kayaks at all. We loved the set up of the home however we wished the bunk beds were in the loft for the kids and a full or queen bed was in the basement level bedrooms to accommodate the couples who would have preferred more privacy in our family. The kids did enjoy the games and basement amenities. Special thanks to the hosts Jobie and Nathan for being prompt in bringing more washcloths when we emailed texted. They go back to us in less than 30 min.! Was also nice to have bundles of wood provided for our first night or so. Overall a great place to spend time with family. Much thanks to Jobie and Nathan for their hospitality.

Hidden Lake is awesome!
We had a wonderful weekend celebrating a surprise 70th birthday! The cabin is incredibly cozy and has all the great comforts you could need. Extra blankets for lounging on the couches, plenty of games and puzzles. The fireplace was fantastic for keeping the main level warm and toasty. Extra detailed directions for arrival were perfect to getting everyone to the location. We will for sure be back!

Our family of 14 8 adults, 6 kids had a blast staying in the Hidden Lake Lodge. There was plenty of room for everyone, the beds were comfortable, and the cabin was clean and well stocked/suited for the family meals that we made. Oh my goodness. What a beautiful place to spend time away. If your looking for adventure AND peace and tranquility, look no further than this wonderful piece of heaven on earth. The cabin is so inviting the moment you walk in. Big, spacious place with windows all around so you can relax and enjoy the wooded views. Truly so relaxing. The only sound you hear is the birds singing. The beautiful lake behind the house is another big bonus. Lovely. Wonderful comfortable and very tasteful homey furniture, comfy beds, beautifully decorated, a kitchen with anything you could possible need. The wrap around huge deck with more than ample seating is another place to rest and enjoy the view. Outdoor firepit, wood burning fireplace, hot tub for 6-8 people. So enjoyable. Dont hesitate to stay here. You wont be disappointed. Cant wait to return. Hats off to Nathan and Jobie who made our stay everything we could ever hope for. The best place to retreat and unwind!
What a gorgeous and HUGE cabin/chalet/lodge. We loved it so much for a writing retreat. The owners have put so much love and attention into this place that you feel at home. Everything you need is there and you can be sure to feel pampered and refreshed. The place is gorgeous and the seclusion is PERFECT and quiet! Close to EVERYTHING you want to do in the Hocking Hills!
