2nd time at these properties. stayed at woodford in the summer and the booker this autumn. same cabin layout, but the outside grounds are completely different. both just as beautiful as the other, but i would say the booker is more secluded grounds.
We stayed for 2 nights, the kids swam in the pool most the time, we were able to fish and grill out during our stay. Also loved building fires at night.
We stayed in the Bookers Cabin and it was perfect! Just as described and pictured on the website. We prepared all our meals at the cabin and really just brought our food/drink as everything else was provided for us. It seems funny calling it a cabin as it REALLY is a luxurious hideaway, so clean and beautiful. When we arrived, the Christmas tree was lit and soft music was playing on the satellite TV. What a wonderful welcoming! We were met by Kelly who explained all the necessities of the cabin
The cabin we stayed at was fantastic, and the staff was extremely helpful prior to our arrival, as well as during our initial walk-through. We will DEFINITELY be going back to stay at the cabin, and hope to stay at the lodge sometime as well.
