A unique feature about the Pines Lodge is that it is located in an ATV Friendly area. The Monday Creek Trail System is located 1-mile away from the cabin. Wayne National Forest offers over 75+ miles of designated trails for off-road riders. Guests can ride directly from the cabin to the nearest trailhead. If you have your own off-road vehicle, bring it to experience Wayne National Forest..

This was our 3rd time at this house and we really like that it sits back off the road as we enjoy the privacy. Always great communication with any issues or questions we have and easy check in and check out as well.
The place was clean.
This was a great property. From the swimming pool and deck to the large rooms inside we had more than enough room for our family.
Overall a good stay, the facilities accompanied our group nice, but for the price, the facility is a bit dated and had some issues such as the fridge not being very cool even with the temp turned down, the hot tub not working, and the pool not being clean.
Great cabin, wish we would have known there was another cabin in backyard; good stay overall room-wise. There was NO reception and no landline or sat phone (even for rent) so when my MIL had a stroke it was a nightmare.
6 adults and 4 kids on our annual vacation.
This is our 2nd visit to The Pines. The accommodations are comfortable, warm and inviting. Everyone at 1st choice has been kind and easy to work with as well. Can't imagine anything that we were missing! We will be coming back for years to come.
The cabins are wonderful. They are furnished quite well. Clean and well maintained. Our second stay in your cabins and we will be back many more times.
We had a nice mini vacation at the Pines - 5 of us stayed in the cabin, plenty of room, comfortable, clean (except for the kitchen wastebasket). Loved the hot tub! Only complaint is that the other 4 of our party were in another cabin - Sand.... We understood it to be next door to each other, a simple walk across the yard but it was a steep walk down a long hill - required driving from one to the other. We went for a Pontoon boat ride, visited Hocking Hills Winery, Old Man's Cave, the Wild West t
The Pines Lodge was an excellent set up for a weekend retreat. We appreciated everything being as advertised.
We had 8 adults, two infants and a dog in our party. There was plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed our family and friends get away. The ATV trails are very close and Old Man's Cave is about 1/2 hour away. Very private area and the Master Suite has a balcony off the 2nd story. Bedding is clean and comfortable. We couldn't figure out how to raise the temperature on the hot tub but since we had infants in the hot tub that was okay.
We have been staying at either the Pines Cabin or Whitetail for several years, and always enjoyed our stay, with the beautiful cabins, and great service Can't wait to go back next year

Nice getaway weekend!
