Great cabin with accommodations just as advertised
I really enjoyed the seclusion. The communication between myself and the owners was fantastic. They were able to extend my stay without issue and were available to answer any other questions or concerns.

Overall, we loved our stay, minus the very small bed and broken deck chair.
We liked the location and the secludedness of the cabin. However, 4WD really is a must to get up that hill! Had all the amenities we needed. Chair on the deck is in need of repair, and the fire pit had garbage in it when we arrived.

beautiful scenery, peaceful and quiet. Hottub was wonderful.
We were celebrating my wife's 71 birthday. Beautiful weather, all the color of fall. my only detraction from the visit was the bed. It was very uncomfortable. Everything else was wonderful

It was great that it was tucked away. The hotub was perfect. My only complaint would be that the drive is steep, which would be fine if it weren't for the potholes.... the weather was fine and still I wasn't sure if I was going to make it, at one point I started rolling backwards.

Loved the setting. Thought the fauna was a bit overgrown scraping the car when on the property. Cabin cleanliness could have been better, rust on the refrigerator not a good first impression, and bed and pillows were not very comfortable. Loved sitting on the deck, and the hot tub very unique. We did not bring coffee, but that is on us, but...

Bed was comfy, hot tub was great. We did have to go pick up a blanket at the store bc there was just one small thin cover. I suggest bringing your own blankets, and towels The towels that were there are super tiny and pretty raggedy. . Also there was no spoons and only two forks. Bring your own water if you don't like well water and a few DVDs...

It was an absolutely beautiful, clean, centrally located cabin. Had just enough for the two of us, and we had such an amazing time. My ONE and ONLY recommendation would to notate on this cabin the drive way into the cabin - we had my fiancé's 4Runner so it was more than fine!!! Just for future visitors to know to bring a car that can navigate that...

The cabin was nice and peaceful. We appreciated how private it was. We really liked having a kitchen to cook. Being able to cook was very convenient. Although we could not get the grill to work. When we arrived at the cabin everything was organized. The cabin was very clean. We got rain the first 2 days,but that didn't stop us from enjoying our stay. We booked a couple months ahead of time for our anniversary. I called for more information and person answering phone was always friendly & helpful. A few days prior to our stay came across some online reviews from previous cabin goers. They had us questioning weather to keep our reservation or not. We are so glad we didn't cancel! . I would give the place 3/5 stars. It was pretty bare bones except for the hot tub on the small deck. We had trouble with the heater the first night and a call got someone to bring in a space heater--that also needed to be jiggled from time to time to keep it going.

We got out in the hot tub in the rain.When Thursday rolled around we loved the cabin so much we booked it for 1 more night. Note that if it rains you must have a 4 wheel Drive to get up and down the Holler.This is noted in the e-mail that was sent to us. Our stay was great. We went to Old Man's Cave; and to Cedar Falls. No Complaints! :)
