Something for everyone in one convenient location!
We had 4 families with kids from 17 years - 4 months old. It couldn't have been a better fit for our families! The game room was amazing but barely used because we spent most of our time in the pool/hot tub and in the basement theater singing karaoke. Something for everyone!!
The renovations were beautiful! Every room is gorgeous! The grandkids loved their bunkbeds with a swing and rock climbing on the wall! Arcade room was a hit when they were tired of swimming! Adults loved the hottub in the evening and the campfire area was awesome for all 12 of us to get around!!¿ We'll be back!

The remodel is excellent. Plenty of space for our group of 9 guys watching the first weekend of March Madness. Plenty of games to play and places to watch different games.

Game rooms and gymnasium was great for the grand-kids. The bedrooms accommodated our large family well. We stayed for 4 nights during Thanksgiving week in 2024.

This was a perfect spot for a large family get together.

We really liked it. We would suggest a good deep clean in some areas, (stove drawer, trash bins,
we always enjoy our stay. There is a lot to do inside and out of the house. If we needed anything the staff would accommodate us.

We stayed at Grand Tara Lodge in 2023 & it was wonderful. There was a small issue that was handled very well. We even got a credit for the inconvenience. This year it was different. No dishwasher pods, was told I needed to go buy some Chunks of dirt in dryer that was too heavy for the vacuum hose to pick up There was a bad odor outdoors that...

It was a wonderful facility for my family reunion/birthday celebration.
The location, lodge and accommodations were very good for our family reunion. We were all able to stay in the same lodge, cook, eat, play and enjoy physical activities together. Everyone agreed it was our best family reunion!

Vacation at Grand Tara Lodge was a wonderful experience. Everyone, nine adults and six children, had a great time. This was the sixth family vacation renting a house large enough for everyone and the amenities were the best by far. The game room, media room, pool and basketball court were enjoyed by all ages. A storm came knocked out the power in the area for 8-10 hours but the whole house generator kept us functioning. There were a few very minor issues that the owner addressed quickly.

This is a terrific, well-maintained, private getaway that offers something for everyone!!
So much to love! During the day, we liked to hang out by the beautiful pool and under the gorgeous shaded deck. Some of us played basketball in the wonderful gym and played other games in the lower level like shuffleboard. At night, our favorite things were ping pong, air hockey... and most of all, karaoke!! It's just a super place for friends and family to laugh and bond. The only negative was the lack of phone service and wifi. This was very frustrating and a bit scary at times.
