I stayed at this cabin with friends for our first girl's trip. I was a little nervous going into it because some other reviews said the cabin was musty, but during our visit it was very cozy and clean. Had a amazing stay!!! Quiet get away with amazing view!!!
Me and my girlfriend came down just to get away for the weekend and it was the perfect place to be. The cabin was amazing and perfect for what we needed. Tidy but musty, location was good
Two night stay with you children and grandparents. House and rooms were very musty. The kitchen was very outdated. Paint was peeling off the walls in places which made me uneasy with young children. Overall, the house was clean.

I stayed at this cabin with friends for our first girl's trip. I was a little nervous going into it because some other reviews said the cabin was musty, but during our visit it was very cozy and clean. The surrounding area was beautiful and there were plenty of cabins nearby, so it felt safe the whole time. Janet was so sweet and she helped walked us through the expectations for our stay, which were entirely reasonable. Cell service and Wi-Fi were iffy but that wasn't a problem for our stay.

We enjoyed the cabin - it had enough space for everyone and was located out in the woods. The beds were comfortable and the air was nice since it was so humid when we went. The owners were pleasant and just up the road in case we needed anything. It's also located 10-30 minutes away from all the big hiking areas and the nearest stores, which is nice depending on how far you want to drive. I recommend the Homestead for a small group, and the other cottages around it if you're doing a big group.

Me and my girlfriend came down just to get away for the weekend and it was the perfect place to be. The cabin was amazing and perfect for what we needed. It was the first snow off the year and we got to see it in a beautiful place. Relaxing in the hot tub at night with the snow falling down was a amazing experience . Not to far away town so you can still drive around and experience many of the towns shops and activities . Have already planned to come down again in the summer with friends!!!
