Rocky View Lodge is on private land and has 5 Private, Queen Bedrooms, as well as two non-private Log Bunk Sets and a Futon, and will sleep up to 18 guests. (Base Price is for up to 10 guests. Additional Guests are $10.50/night, per person, for the duration of the stay). Gathering with my friends to relax, play games, eat good food and drink. The home was spacious enough for all 11 of us. The decor is absolutley gorgeous. We enjoyed the outside deck and hot tub also.
Perfect layout for large multi generational family
I loved how close it was to all of the hiking. However, the email explaining what I would be charged for was very dramatic. Yet, only half of the toaster worked, there was no dishwasher like described, the ceiling leaked in one of the main floor bedrooms when someone took a shower upstairs, and there was trash on the premise upon arrival that wasn�t ours.
I loved that there was ample large beds (queens) for all adults! Many times, large places have enough beds for people but are broken into twins to accommodate. We loved having 5 queens, and the bunks that had full bottoms helped immensely as well!
Overall it was a very nice cabin. The bed and pillows were the most comfortable compared to the other places I have stayed. The layout of the cabin was super nice. The driveway was steep and I feel people will have trouble in the winter time. The hot tub was nice, the fire pit was at a great location,I would recommend some lighting for the path to it. My biggest issue with our stay is we discovered bed bugs in one of the bedrooms. I send an email to inform them about it and didn't get a response
