Just as great as last year! The cabin was nice and clean, the beds were cozy, and the location was perfect for the mega tube float! Our group enjoyed our time here so much! I love how clean it was, it felt like home! I was very comfortable being at the Bobcat Cabin. It had everything you need. My sister in law was stuck in a ditch and people driving by and seen her and stopped to help her out the ditch and that truly amazed me. It turned out to be the owner of the cabin. The cabin stay was simply amazing Thank you!!! We will return and I already recommended this to my friends! One recommendation:we had ordered firewood and unfortunately it rained that night so it was soaked and we could not use it. It would have helped if the wood was covered.

I love how clean it was, it felt like home! I was very comfortable being at the Bobcat Cabin. It had everything you need. My sister in law was stuck in a ditch and people driving by and seen her and stopped to help her out the ditch and that truly amazed me. It turned out to be the owner of the cabin. Wonderful Cabin
The bobcat cabin is beautiful, clean and peaceful. We rented it as a family for my sons first birthday party and had an excellent weekend.

Bobcat Cabin
My friends and I have been coming to the Bobcat cabin for years. We tried others not 1st choice rentals and always came back to 1st choice and the Bobcat or Pines cabin. The cabins are spacious, very clean and easy to locate via GPS. The customer service has been exceptional! I highly recommend this company and these cabins!

Great Friends Getaway
We stayed at the Bobcat cabin and had a great time. The cabin was neat and clean and well-furnished with kitchen items. The hot tub in 30F weather was a highlight! A heads up, though, this cabin is billed as sleeping 12, and it would definitely sleep 12 comfortably six queen-sized beds plus a single day bed--but the kitchen/dining/living space is not really equipped for 12 people. E.g., there is only one dining table with five chairs that we could find. We were a group of five, so the space worked great for us, but if your group is much larger than that and it might not be workable. Also, the master bath has this gorgeous, giant bath tub, but when we tried to take a bath, we discovered the hot water heater cannot supply enough hot water to fill it. That was just a tiny disappointment, though, and overall we enjoyed our stay very much.

Love the Bobcat First Choice Rentals

Bobcat Cabin
Great cabin, nice renovations, very clean and comfortable. The rental was process was easy and staff accomadating. We had lots of room for 6 guys on motorcycle tour, driveway not to bad for parking bikes also.

Fantastic Bobcat Experience
The "Bobcat" was an outstanding property, clean, comfortable and with the most modern amenities and facilities. The shower rocked. It was so hot the week we were in Nelsonville and the air conditioning was effective and refreshing - I've been to cabins in the area that have been less than. The only issue was that the previous renters left so much trash it was overflowing all over the trash pick up area at the end of the driveway. Animals obviously raided it at night and in the day, it stank from the hot sun. It was eventually picked up but not for 4 days. We felt bad for adding our own trash to the pile but had no choice. Again, it really didn't take away much from our enjoyment of the cabin and we drove away rested and very pleased with our choice. Thank you, 1st choice, for a lovely experience.

Don't let the drive thru beer sign at check in bother you. Jennifer and her family were very friendly and helpful. The bobcat cabin was wonderfully modern and clean. We happily used the hot tub, bbq grill, games, kitchen... The master bedroom has no closet, not a deal breaker. A nice wardrobe would easily fit and look good too. We really liked the cabin. It's isolated and surronded by woods.

Bobcat cabin review
We took our family to stay for 4 days and all of us (10)were able to stay together. The cabin itself is beautiful! it has a completely equipped kitchen and beautiful bathrooms and everything was spotless. The Website was helpful and was updated a few days before we left with all of the recent inside renovations. All communication with this renter were quickly responded to and everyone on our arrival were delightful. The yard is well kept and the back patio was a favorite along with our nightly fires. We had a great time and would highly recommend the property. The area has lots of things for adults and kids of all ages to enjoy within driving distance. We made lots of fun memories!!

The Bobcat cabin
We had 8 people in this cabin for a long weekend and had lots of room to move around. The hot tub was amazing. The campfire was enchanting. The appliances were all brand new. It was a fantastic cabin that allowed our family to really enjoy our time in the quiet and beauty of Ohio! Loved it and plan to go again!

Our stay at the Bobcat Cabin
My family made plans to come to Nelsonville for a long weekend in mid-October. We made arrangements to stay at the Bobcat Cabin. We enjoyed the living spaces. It was an open concept for the kitchen, living and family room. This made it easy for all of us to have enough seating and be able to talk with each other. We planned our visit to be able to go hiking and zip lining. We had great weather and enjoyed both activities. I recommend staying here if you get the chance. I hope we will return.

Bobcat rental
This cabin was ideal for our family very spacious and clean. The deck was very large, as was the hot tub. The location was great for the ATV trail and other attractions. Nelsonville is a quaint little town with all the amenities you need. I would rent from 1st choice rentals in the future. We are planning on coming back next year . Possibly renting one of the other cabins that has a water feature. The literature was accurate and well informed.

Fantastic Holiday Weekend
When we arrived at Bobcat cabin, it was even more beautiful inside than the pictures online. It is deceivingly large inside! The hot tub was clean, and the owner even arrived on our first morning to make sure it was working properly and show me how to use it. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and it was so nice to be able to do laundry as well. Very comfortable beds and couches, too! We felt right at home during our stay. You will not be disappointed when you stay at Bobcat Cabin! We will be back!

Great stay
The cabin stay was simply amazing Thank you!!! We will return and I already recommended this to my friends! One recommendation:we had ordered firewood and unfortunately it rained that night so it was soaked and we could not use it. It would have helped if the wood was covered.

Bobcat Cabin
We enjoyed our stay at Bobcat Cabin. It was surprisingly spacious! The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and more. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and there were nice fluffy towels provided. Wish we could have spent more time there but we were attending the NMF and that kept us occupied. It was an easy drive back and forth to Nelsonville. Would definitely recommend this cabin. Thank you!
