Our rate plan is based on 4 guests, any additional guests would occur an extra fee. During winter months, we do recommend 4 wheel drive and all wheel drive vehicles during snowy months. We do our best to keep our private roadways/driveways cleared off, but cannot predict weather habits. Pet fee is based on two pets.
