Carp's Cabin features both a king bedroom and queen bedroom with one full bathroom (shower only) to comfortably house up to 4 guests. A fully furnished home with fully stocked kitchen for your every need. Satellite tv, gas log stove, movies & dvd player. No wifi at this time. No pets/parties permitted. Minimum booking age is 21+ We have a friendly outdoor barn kitty on site who may come say hello. However, no other pets are permitted..

Great location out in the woods!
Our stay was amazing, it was beautiful and we will definitely be back. Having Maisy greet us when we arrived, to her being at the door every morning and just wanting to play. We packed extra things we might have needed to cook or eat on but everything was already there. Everything about the place was perfect and I definitely recommend this place to everyone.
Everything was very clean and the house felt so cozy. As a wine enthusiast, I enjoyed all of the wine touches. The fireplace was amazing and added to the theme of the weekend. The hot tub with the pergola was so perfect to see allll of the stars, probably my favorite thing. We also enjoyed Maisey coming and going
Beautiful / secluded / quiet location. The ambient music playing in the cabin when we arrived. The resident cat "Maisy" made our stay so much better. Gazing up at the night sky around the campfire.

I don�t think there was anything we didn�t like , upon entering the cabin the sound of soothing, relaxing music to the amazing smell inside. And all the little touches to this cozy cab to make it the best ever!!
This was an awesome experience. My family stayed in Carp's Cabin over the 4th of July holiday and it was great. The cabin staff was amazing and made sure that everything we needed was available. They made us feel comfortable and that our happiness was a priority to them. The rooms were very clean and well stocked with towels, sheets and extra blankets for lounging about the cabin. We will definitely stay there again!
I enjoyed the seclusion of the cabin and really enjoyed the attention to detail for our arrival. The music, aroma definitely made my wife and I feel welcomed. If I had to say anything negative it would be that for close to 45 mins we had a very large dog on the front porch. I'm sure he's friendly but he was muddy and very large so I was not interested in finding out LOL. Other than that it was a great time and we enjoyed the cabin.

Very peaceful and private. This is the perfect get away spot! I felt totally relaxed and I didn�t want to leave.
Jeff had everything little thing that we overlooked ready at the cabin. Things like tampons, makeup remover, spices for cooking, emergency flashlights should something happen, etc. The cabin was very clean, great finishes, and allowed us to have a stress free mini college reunion.
We loved the privacy we had at our cabin. It was peaceful and beautiful.
My wife and I spent two weekend nights here to celebrate our 6th anniversary. This cute and cozy cabin was perfect for a short getaway where we could unplug and relax. We were surprised to meet Sidney, the visiting outside cat who was very lovey. Would highly recommend this as a peaceful location for any couple or small family.
My family I had a lovely time at the Carp cabin. When we entered the fire was going, relaxing music was playing the cabin smelled of lavender. We were instantly at peace after our long drive. The cabin is fully stocked with everything you could need more. Our kids loved playing board games, watching movies hanging in the hot tub after our hikes at old mans cave ash cave. We highly recommend for anyone wanting to get away unplug for awhile. The time spent with our family there was a blessing.
Jeff provided the perfect weekend getaway for me and my partner! The cabin itself was just fantastic, super homey with lots of personal touches, as well as being set in an absolutely beautiful area. We wanted to escape the hustle and bustle of Columbus for the weekend, and this delivered on everything we wanted and more. We already look forward to returning next Fall!
We had a wonderful, relaxing time. The cabin was beautiful, clean, and we truly appreciated the little extras snacks, shampoo and conditioner, body wash. The beds were very comfortable. We booked Carp's Cabin with A Bend in the Road Cabins as a late 20th anniversary getaway and were thrilled with the cabin! From the music playing as we arrived to the small touches of water and mints next to the bed, no detail has been overlooked here. We stayed at Carp's cabin and it was great. Absolutely loved the secluded spaces and privacy. The cabin has everything you need for a great weekend. The outdoor spaces were our favorite. It was so nice to be able to sit outside with the morning coffee and watch the birds. We really apprciateted that there was no cell service or wifi - it was very relaxing to not have distractions from "civilization". I would recommend this cabin to anyone looking to unplug and unwind. We just returned after staying 5 nights at Carps Cabin . The owner, Jeff, has thought of everything ! He had the cabin stocked with paper towel, toilet paper , spices- even packaged make-up remover wipes ! You literally dont have to bring anything with you - I even found boxes of plastic utensils in the cupboard . Jeff was quick to respond to my questions . SO much is perfect I don't know where to start. The cabin is at the end of a lane and it was so nice to walk the lane and be completely alone with nature, had beautiful morning and dusk walks. My friends and I were very impressed with the cabin. It was a great setup and pleasant atmosphere. Our small group was very comfortable and especially enjoyed the hot tub and massive fire ring, stocked with wood, which allowed for one of the most epic fires Ive ever built! We had a pleasant stay in Carp's cabin. Very well equipped! They go above and beyond all the other cabins I stayed in. Really nicely decorated and private. Would definitely stay again, but it would be in a vehicle as the gravel hill is not motorcycle friendly. There was ample parking on top of the hill to park the motorcycle. Great stay!

I rented this cabin last weekend with friends of mine and my husband's and we all throughly enjoyed it. It is such a quaint and cozy cabin that really makes you feel at home while you visit. I recently stayed at Carps Cabin 8/22 -8/26. On arriving the first impression is wow how pretty. The outside covered porch was our dining area most evenings, and after a long day out hiking the hot tub was a pleasure to use. The interior has been decorated beautifully and the special touches will bring a smile to your face. We enjoyed Sidney treating us every day and even stayed with us at the fire pit one night. Carps Cabin is only a few miles from all the parks that Hocking Hills has to offer.

You are secluded and private yet only a 15 minute drive from restaurants and shopping.
