The property was stunning.
The Grand Slam Lodge could not have fit our group (5 adults) any better. The layout was perfect and the amenities were excellent. You couldn�t ask for a more peaceful and secluded location. The staff of 1st Choice Lodging was extremely attentive and accommodating.
If you're looking for tranquility, this is your place. Plenty of space for the entire family and well appointed. It's secluded, quiet, and the floor to ceiling windows allow you to take in the beautiful landscape from any room.
Nice place . Unhappy about alot though. Hot tubs didn't work. Kitchen faucet very loose. Sauna didn't work. Top oven doesn't work. Pool table is junk. Fans sound like they are gonna fall down. Bathroom outlets don't work. Showerheads don't work. Very dusty at et eye level. Way to nice of a place to have all this wrong.
We liked the comfortable beds and roomy feel of the house, the 6 of us had space to be together and also room enough to spread out. We loved the fire pit and outside space. The remote setting and location were the best. Since you have no space for suggestions or things that could be improved I will note just one of them here. The lighting in all bathrooms is horrible. A simple fix of new bulbs or fixed lighting fixtures would be appreciated by future renters.
Grand Slam Lodge was beautiful inside and out! We enjoyed learning about deer farming and interacting with the on-site kitties. The beds were comfortable and the furnishings were beautiful. We loved our place!
This Upscale Rustic Lodge provides the advantage of a quiet location that is close to the activities and attractions of the Hocking Hills recreational area.
Listen, this is hands down the nicest rental we have booked. Just breathtaking! You�re 1 mile from the main road, completely secluded! The cabin is immaculate.
Accommodations. The scenery/setting was gorgeous. Loved being able to view the deer!
Had such a great time stays at Grand Slame Lodge. 10/10 experience and would do it again!
Everything was perfect I was a little skeptical about the cats but they were cool to have around the place was clean easy to get to not to far from Walmart l,Kroger,gas station, I would definitely visit again the only thing I would say that need to be changed about this property is the showers and tubs need to be updated and the Wi-Fi need to be stronger but besides that everything was a 10 out of 10
I loved the fact that thw lodge was secluded ,I made a little buddy from a black and white kitty that followed me everywhere..would definitely return for another visit.
Our group of 6 Ohio University roommates met up to be reunited after not being together in 24 years. We had a wonderful relaxing stay visiting, making two trips to Athens and laughing A LOT.
