The house was very clean as well as the linens. The master bed was comfortable and allowed for a good nights rest after hiking. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything we could possibly need to cook or bbq. We enjoyed the hot tub and fires in the evening. All appliances appeared new and worked well. Overall, highly recommended!
Nice little place to get away from work. Surprisingly quiet even tho it's close to the road.
Overall the stay was good. A few downfalls there was no washer or dryer. The description stated the house would have one. There was a dead mouse inside when we got there and ants on the table throughout our stay, but I understand we are in the woods! Pros The woodworking inside the kitchen/living area is beautiful and the hot tub worked great.
I enjoyed my stay with 1st Choice quite a bit. We stayed in both the Primrose Bed and Breakfast, and the Coyote Ridge Cabin. Primrose was lovely, and Coyote Ridge was as well. My only complaint with Coyote was that the hot tub was quite dirty with random debris floating around and a strange dust covering everything. Additionally, the wooden stairs leading into the hot tub are really unstable if you don't step in the direct center, and I stepped a little too far left getting out one night and to

My only complaint with Coyote was that the hot tub was quite dirty with random debris floating around and a strange dust covering everything. Additionally, the wooden stairs leading into the hot tub are really unstable if you don't step in the direct center, and I stepped a little too far left getting out one night and took a hard fall onto the overturned steps and the icy deck. Nonetheless, covered in bruises, I still enjoyed the stay overall. And the people running 1st Choice were responsive and very accommodating.
