1:30pm line-up, 2 pm parade, Trick or Treat 3-5 pm. - Parade line up begins at 1:30 p.m. at the PNC Bank drive through parking lot, beginning promptly at 2:00 p.m. The parade will go down Main Street, turn left on Spring St., turn left on Second St., turn left on Market St., and end at the Gazebo in Worthington Park. All parade participants will receive a candy bar and there will be costume judging. Prizes will be awarded in four categories: prettiest, funniest, scariest, and most original. There are four age ranges in each of the above categories: 0-4 yrs. old; 5-10 years old; 11-15 yrs. old; and age 16 and over. Three winners will be chosen in each age group of each category. Beggar's Night - Trick or Treat Observed by the City of Logan immediately following the Halloween Parade.
