Rock House is unique in the Hocking Hills region, as it is the only true cave in the park. It is a tunnel-like corridor situated midway up a 150-foot cliff of Blackhand sandstone.

Rock House Hike

Join us for a moderate, one mile round trip hike to Rock House cave and learn about the critters that call our caves home. From bats to rock doves and everything in between! Join us at the Rock House Shelter House. Be prepared for the weather and steps.
