From Columbus take the scenic Route 23 through Circleville. Take a left turn onto Route 56. Continue on Route 56 through South Bloomingville. Idledeer is 7 1/2 miles from South Bloomingville and about 4 miles South East from the Route 374 intersection.

Or from Columbus take Route 33 south through Lancaster. Continue on Route 33 to the Route 93 exit. Make a right turn, South, at the Route 56 junction make a right turn, Idledeer is approximately 1 mile on the left.
