Featuring Facts and Photos of the Flood of 1913. We are excited to welcome Dave Snyder, curator of the Walhonding Valley Historical Society and Museum, who will showcase the impact of the flood on the railroad via dioramas, photos, books and a slide show. Two Roscoe Village interpreters will also be on hand with a display of photos, paper clippings and books to show the impact on the Canal system. Feel free to ask questions and share your knowledge of our local history. We will also have Mrs. Jay LeReitelley (Alice Hoover) presenting a lecture regarding the Flood of 1913 at 1:00 pm in the Theater on the main floor of the Visitor Center.
