• 50% Deposit by MasterCard or Visa is required and will be processed to confirm a reservation at Reservationsonline.

• *** Two night minimum on weekends (Friday and Saturday or Saturday and Sunday) and Three nights required on some holidays.***

• Additional Charge ($35.00) per adult applies for each additional adult and also applies for each night of the reservation.
   

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Upon confirmation of reservation and deposit, cancellation fee applies.

• All cancellations must be received in Writing by Mail, (not E-mail or by telephone) at least Two weeks prior to your arrival and is subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee.

• If cancelled after cancellation date, balance due will be charged or billed based on payment method at time of booking.

• No refund upon occupancy.

• Leave early or reduced days of stay requires original agreement of days paid in full.

• No changes upon arrival.

• If you give us a credit card number, cash or check for a reservation and fail to show on booked date, balance will be charged or billed. No refunds. Sorry, no exceptions.
