Two night minimum is normally required on weeknights and weekends, (One night stays, call for availability)

There is a three-day minimum for all holidays, no exceptions, and holidays are charged at the weekend rate for all three nights.
Discounts are available for longer stays
One half security deposit required
Cancellations: 14 days prior to arrival with $50.00 fee, no refund of deposit if less than 14 days

There will be NO REFUNDS OR DISCOUNTS due to any breakdown of appliances, hot tubs, heating/cooling systems, TVs, VCR/DVDs, fireplaces, satellite systems or other equipment. We will make our best efforts to obtain repairs as soon as possible, but we cannot guarantee how soon repairs will be made due to the limited number of repair technicians in our area. Further, there will be NO REFUNDS OR DISCOUNTS due to power outages of 12 hours duration or less.
