11 am - 5 pm. The Vinton County Airport hosts the largest free air show in Ohio. Event features plane rides, acrobatic flying, RC flying and all sorts of fun in the skies. Day also features some of the best chicken BBQ in Ohio. Admission is free but parking donations are requested. Chicken dinners available at 11 a.m. and air show will begin at 1 p.m. The air show will begin at noon with skydivers. Following the show, pilots from the Vinton County Pilots and Boosters Association will provide airplane rides. There will be vendors and, near the end of the day, there will be a candy drop for the youngsters. Admission to the air show is free, but parking donations are accepted.
