12 pm to 5 pm. This event is a fundraiser for the Pioneer School and will feature a bean dinner with your choice of navy and pinto beans with corn muffin, drink and dessert. Admission to the event and parking are free. The bean dinner is 5 with all proceeds going directly to the Pioneer School. In addition there will be artisans demonstrating period crafts like, spinning, carding wool, and a cider press for apple cider making. There will be sheep shearing, basket making and a spring pole lather. There will be music, horse drawn wagon rides and historical children's games such as Quoits, jacks and hopscotch. Mansion tours will be available at a cost of 8 for adults, 7 for seniors and 4 for children 6 and up and AMGS and OHS members and children 5 and under, FREE. AMGS and OHS memberships are available at the AMG Visitors Center. For more information call 740-772-1500.
