May 22, 2010 1030 am - 2 pm. Demonstration Style. Crispy Crab Egg rolls with homemade sweet and sour sauce, Crab Spinach Crepes, Crab Cake Sliders with Key Lime Aioli. Includes typed recipes. Classes are designed and taught by Susie Cork, who is also the General Manager of Shaw's. Susie is a graduate of The Culinary School at Kendall College in Chicago and honed her skills at Chicago's top restaurants and cooking schools for 17 years.
