7pm. Professor Chris Mackowski of St. Bonaventure University will present Sheridan and the Union Cavalry in the Wilderness Campaign. Professor Mackowski is an associate Professor of journalism and mass communication. He earned a B.A. in communication from the University of Pittsburgh, an M.A. in English from the University of Maine and an M.F.A. in creative writing from Goddard College. The Gen. William T. Sherman Memorial Civil War Roundtable meetings are held on the third Wednesday of the month (does not meet months of June, July, August and December). The CWRT promotes interest in the American Civil War and the rich history surrounding it. The CWRT members meet to study all aspects of the Civil War.
