Wonderful Walleye Cooking Class
May 15, 2010 1030 am - 2 pm. Hands On. Cajun Walleye topped with a Shrimp Creole Sauce, Walleye en Papillote with Spring Veggies, Macadamia Crusted Walleye with Roasted Pineapple Lime Butter. Includes typed recipes. Classes are designed and taught by Susie Cork, who is also the General Manager of Shaw's.
