Wonderful Walleye Cooking Class

1030 am - 2 pm. Hands On. Cajun Walleye topped with a Shrimp Creole Sauce, Walleye en Papillote with Spring Veggies, Macadamia Crusted Walleye with Roasted Pineapple Lime Butter. Includes typed recipes. Classes are designed and taught by Susie Cork, who is also the General Manager of Shaw's. Susie is a graduate of The Culinary School at Kendall College in Chicago and honed her skills at Chicago's top restaurants and cooking schools for 17 years.
