Brunch is a fun affair. Begin with Chef Anthony's pastry basket, homemade granola, fresh fruit with raspberry yogurt and juice. Save room for one of the following: caramelized French toast served with sausage and fresh fruit, honey ginger lacquered salmon, or wine and fruit glazed pork loin. Side dishes and delectable desserts are included.
