Brunch is a fun affair. Begin with Chef Anthony's pastry basket, homemade granola, fresh fruit with raspberry yogurt and juice. Save room for one of the following caramelized French toast served with sausage and fresh fruit, honey ginger lacquered salmon, or wine and fruit glazed pork loin. Side dishes and delectable desserts are included.
