Quiet comfortable bedroom There is a master bedroom downstairs with a Queen size bed and there is a Full size bed in the loft. Both bedrooms are quiet and comfortably furnished.

Enjoy bird watching while sitting in one of the old fashioned rocking chairs on the 40 foot wide covered porch. Very large porch, with old-fashioned rockers and excellent views.

  • Rates are based on an occupancy of 4 persons and are subject to change
  • Additional guests are $25 each per night
  • Max occupancy 6 guests
  • 2 night minimum on weekends
  • 3 night minimum on Holiday weekends
  • No pets or visitors
  • Half deposit is due at time of reservation the other half due 30 days prior to stay
  • Check-In Time: between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM
  • Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations within 14 days of arrival date will not receive refund of deposit.  Remaining balance will be charged to credit card on file unless the facility is re-rented for the same time period. Only then will the lessee receive a refund minus a $50 cancellation fee. If lessee cancels or changes the reservation prior to 14 days of the arrival date, lessee will receive a refund of the deposit minus a $25 cancellation fee.
